Hi there,

A few immediate comments:

Shouldn't MediaQueryCallback be called MediaQueryListener instead? for
similarity with EventListener.

What do you mean with "Each Window has an associated list of media
query listeners.". Is it possible to access this list via the DOM
somehow?
