Freeware, shareware and free web space are the staples that allow the little guy to get on the internet. Charging for every graphic and piece of technology will just limit the input to the internet. (Yes, there is a lot of junk out there, but we have to put up with the bad to keep from stifling the good.) The best ideas are created on the fringes, outside the norm, not in the big corporations piecemeal charging for everything. No RAND, please!
