I think it is safe to say that the RAND policy is ridiculous. If this gets
passed, many websites will suffer, including "consumer level" websites. I
think right now at this time in the world, there is more to think about than
how to charge someone who uses an image. Grow up and don't change a system
that has worked so well for us.
