the worst idea for web

If you want to keep the web a viable commodity, I wouldn't start charging for every little thing we do..we have to pay for a server to host our web(taxes-hint) we have to pay for access to the net-via isp (taxes-hint) if we sell or buy on the net (taxes-hint). Now if I have to pay royalties or some sort of taxes for displaying things on my web page or using flash media or quick time or any of the several other programs i.e. java then where is the incentive to continue, We have already lost 95% of the dot coms, want to try for the rest of us... I feel like this is another end around since one piece of legislation did not go through ( for the purpose of taxing internet access)lets try another..Don't you people see that we are already in a recession...shades of 1929.."we who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it".. If I try to start a online business and you people put up road blocks than I just won't try to improve the economy by already paying to many taxes...We are already double taxed..I.E. when I pay my taxes from my pay check, then turn around with monies that has already been taxed(federally) why do I still pay federal taxes on purchases....What next blood?
