XHTML2 abbr Expansion

Hello www-html,

I though it would be nice to have a 'for' attribute on the 'abbr'
element with IDREF(s) type.

 This is the first occurence of <abbr id="xml" title="Ext Mark Lang">XML</abbr>.
 While this is the second <abbr for="xml">XML</abbr>.
 While this is another expansion for <abbr id="mean" title="Extra Mean Leak">XML</abbr>.

This could greatly aid accessibility.
