The XForms Charter should be public

I would like to request that the new XForms Charter be made publicly 
accessible.

The old Charter, http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/2000/Charter.html, was/is 
publicly accessible.

But the current Charter is password protected for non-W3C members. It is 
located at http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/Group/2003/xforms-wg-charter.html, 
if you want to try.

It seems, at best, odd and inappropriate for the Charter to be concealed from 
much of the XForms community.
