Thanks for the prompt response.

There is an access issue.

If I try the URL which you gave a password pop-up appears. I notice that the 
"realm" is stated to be "W3C-Member".

I don't know the details of your ACL process but perhaps it is "public" but 
only within the realm of W3C members? In which case the generality of the 
XForms community is excluded.

Perhaps you could look into it further.
