RE : The XForms Charter should be public

The ACL says it is public:

http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/Forms/Group/2003/xforms-wg-charter.ht
ml   (from ACLs DB)  world access. 

You should be able to see it, unless there is an access issue.

if you want to try.

It seems, at best, odd and inappropriate for the Charter to be concealed
from 
much of the XForms community.
