Under the universal access here are some important concepts to highlight:

1. Markup to define equivalent relationships, examples include:
* Short and long descriptions for images and other non-text content with text content
* Captions for video and audio tracks

2. Navigation and Orientation support, examples include:
* Headings (currently H1-H6)
* Labels for form controls 
* Navigation bars
* Pull down menus
