Section 508 and WCAG 2.0

Hi,

Does anybody know when (or if and how) Section 508 will be updated to include WCAG 2.0?

In general, is there a channel notifying about legal applications of the WCAG that I can subscribe to? Are the WCAG 2.0 already part of any law (US, EU, UK, Australia, India, etc.)?
