Not over til its over - hang in there whatever your view(s).

There have been a number of posts that talk about decisions that have
already been made. While the majority of the working group members were at
the F2F when the topic was debated and the proposed wording resolved, the
text was posted to the list to see if additional thoughts, ideas or holes
might be identified by others before the group made a decision on this topic
(for this draft). It is not uncommon for the group to change its mind
after one or a few people point out something they had not considered.
That is why we do the post to the list. So posting new information or
ideas (or questions) is the best way to influence the group. And remember
that the decision is only for this draft - and as is our custom with areas
where there is uncertainty or divided opinion - it will be accompanied by an
editor's note citing the various concerns and consideration for placement in
the other location - along with a request for comments from the field.
And the final decision will be with the final draft.

Thanks everyone for the vigorous debate and postings on this important
topic.
