Regrets (RE: Agenda: 23 June Telecon)

I can't attend the teleconferences this week and the next. Tomorrow, I have
to be at a presentation for a book I was the editor for so I can't attend
the meeting. I'm very sorry not to be there to help explain the decisions we
made in Brussels.
