For now..............if I had to vote..... (note that I would not feel all
warm and fuzzy about it) ............ would be..................

................."B" ..............with caveat..............until the
"professionals" come up with a solution or the Reef -like solutions that Al
discussed can be implemented.

"Draw a line on the ruler and say "you must get below that line but
don’t need to go lower -- though it would be good if you did"
