Survey: WAI-AGE Literature Review, First Public Working Draft

Dear EOWG active participants,

As discussed previously, we would like to eventually publish the WAI-AGE Literature Review as a W3C Working Group Note. The first step is publishing a First Public Working Draft.

As a reminder, Working Group Notes are advisory technical reports, not standards. For example, WAI's Techniques documents are Notes. Working Drafts are published and announced specifically to ask for review and input from the community. Often there are issues that a Working Group would particularly like input on. Usually multiple Working Drafts of a technical report are published... - from http://www.w3.org/WAI/intro/w3c-process.php

We would like to publish this first draft soon, in order to provide a public version at the current stage of development, get additional feedback on overall direction and specific content of this Literature Review, and encourage engagement with WAI-AGE work.

The Literature Review draft is now available in HTML, and has not changed significantly from our discussion last week:

We have set up a survey asking EOWG if you are comfortable with the content of this draft being announced publicly; of course, it will clearly be indicated as a draft, and EOWG's recent and future comments will be addressed in the next drafts.

Please complete the survey asking for approval from EOWG to publish the WAI-AGE Literature Review as a First Public Working Draft, at:
   http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/literature-1st-draft/

Please complete the survey by *Tuesday 29 April* if possible. Note that there is an option to abstain.

If you have any questions, feel free to call me at +1-617-395-7664, or in the #eo IRC channel type "Shawn".

Regards,
~Shawn
