Face-to-face meeting:

As discussed in a recent teleconference, we plan to have a face-to-face meeting in France in October. Please answer the "WAI EOWG F2F Meeting October 2008" survey with your expected attendance and preferred dates, at:

We are planning a "virtual meeting" (a couple of extended teleconference), probably in June. We'll send out a survey later asking about dates for the virtual meeting.

Availability and regrets:

Per recent discussions, we are changing the way we handle regrets for teleconferences:
* Indicate your expected attendance for upcoming calls in the "Availability for Upcoming EOWG Teleconferences" survey at http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/availability/
* Update the survey as your schedule changes
* Update the survey every few weeks to answer the new dates added at the end
* You do *not* need to send e-mail regrets to the EOWG list anymore
* If you are scheduled to scribe or edit the minutes for a week's teleconference per <http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2003/scribes.html>, and your schedule changes so that you are not able to attend the meeting, please email the others on the scribes list so they can be prepared to scribe the meeting, and CC Shawn (W3C Staff Contact)
* If you indicated in the survey that you will attend a meeting and that changes a day or two before, it would be nice to email Shawn (Chair) to let her know of the change

We will use the survey to get regrets for the meeting minutes.
(Reminder to scribes that this step has been added to the minuting instructions at <http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2003/template.html>.)
