We did say something about updating something--I thought, the XML
namespace
document at http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace--to mention xml:id and
xml:base, but it already does. Was there something else we were
discussing
in this vein?

In any case, I assume Mohamed is suggesting we should also mention
xml-stylesheet in this document (or any other such document where
names starting with xml are discussed) even though the xml-stylesheet
name isn't exactly in the xml: namespace.
