Done hopefully. As per subsequent emails, I changed the date to be 03 October 2006 and end of review to be 3 November 2006. I put a template for the new errata on the future REC at http://www.w3.org/XML/2006/11/xinclude-errata (kept it in XML dated space subtree, this is easier to get access to and update) it is not showing up in the status (since this is not a REC) but is kept commented out in the XML source document.
