This document goes against "section 2.6 Identifying Resources in an
Endpoint Reference" [1] and, imo, this specification is going to bring
more harm than solutions in the Web Services stack.

I'd like the Web Services Addressing Working Group to review this
document and provide feedback to the OGF,
