[low priority] tracking progess and planning

Hello all,

I'm tracking our progress at [1].  I have two different formats on this 
page and am wondering which "view" people find more helpful.

1. a separate table for each success criterion
2. an overview table, each success criterion in a row

I like 1 because we can see the detailed action items related to each 
"atom" but it is easier to get a quick overview from 2.  I am leaning 
towards 1 but wanted some feedback. Or, if you have another suggestion, let 
me know.
