survey to WCAG WG today, plan to send more to WCAG WG on Friday

Hello everyone,

If there are no objections, here is the survey that I'll send to the WCAG

I didn't include any of the techniques because there were a couple tweaks 
needed to them and wanted us to have a complete mock-up before sending to 
the group...which means we'll have a bunch of stuff to send next week (or 
later this week).  I'd like to assemble what we have on Friday to send to 
WCAG WG.  Then, we'll use next Monday through Wednesday on the call and 
Wednesday's telecon to cover the rest of the issues.

Keep in mind that we plan to publish an updated draft on 29 September, so 
we need to settle on our proposals in the next week.
