The problem with the current test suite, with regards to NCAM's  
implementation, is that our CCforFlash and ccPlayer are not set up to  
display text from a file that has no timecodes, or files that contain  
multiple regions.  Also, the files contain some elements and  
attributes that we don't support.  As an exercise, I simplified a few  
files:  for example, I deleted multiple regions, deleted unsupported  
code from the <head>, added or modified timecodes and deleted  
unsupported elements/attributes where they appeared.  As you might  
expect, the resulting files were greatly diminished from their  
original form.  However, they did exercise relevant portions of the  
spec.

Perhaps we can discuss on the call whether it's worthwhile to  
simplify these files, or... uh... create a whole new set of files  
that are less complex and will work with implementations that don't  
support all of DFXP (if possible).  I'm not sure which is best.
