This is a little bit picky, given that it's a clear error, but since
this requires little discussion, let's do it "the right way."

On 2007-08-10 at 2350 UTC, TC #9 [1] looks good to me, and I vote +1 on
it. With MichaelH and Ivan's approval, let's have one more person from
the TF look it over and confirm.

Mark, can you take a quick peek? It will require approximately 45
