Test cases for SOURCE and NAMED

I've just added some test cases at
  http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/DataAccess/tests/data/source-named/
(currently 403).  Intended to address:

  ACTION: DaveB update the dawg test repository to record or amend tests
  to correspond to the
  http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-rdf-dawg/2004OctDec/0241.html

Only example 9.1 in that email has a full query/data/results set,
written in the manifest.n3.

I also had to edit the n3 given on 0241 to make it legal, otherwise
the queries are the same as the email.
