Easy Keys text

I've started producing spec text for EasyKeys, trying to follow the  
current style:
	http://www.w3.org/2007/OWL/wiki/Easy_Keys#Keys

I expect to add a compound example.

I'm unclear where we are on this...have we accepted EasyKeys such  
that I can start adding such text directly to specs? What's left to  
decide before we start that?
