A qualified cardinality constraint min 1 C is equivalent to someValuesFrom C. I suggest that, at least, in the RDF mapping they are translated as the same: someValuesFrom. This makes a slightly larger set of OWL 2 ontologies OWL 1 compatible. It may be desirable to note the equivalence in the documentation, and perhaps even restrict QCR min to be 2 or more.
