The "Unconference" aspect of the HTMLWG meeting in November 2007 led to a 
few useful meetings and collaborations. HTML5 is a big specification and 
covers many distinct features.

It seems the idea is to use this F2F time as a sort of test case camp. But 
having relevant people split off to sessions about specific subjects from 
time to time during the day still seems useful. IIRC, the Unconference 
pitching last year revealed many subjects in addition to test cases.
