Considering turning the F2F3 into a virtual meeting

Hi all,

Unless we have a sudden change of tide and a bunch of people tell me they 
will attend the next F2F in person I'm going to change the venue to be a 
virtual meeting. We'll essentially have several hours of teleconference 
during those days.

This is not my preference but it just doesn't make sense for me to travel 
to Canada to sit with just Peter and Arthur in a room (no matter how much 
I like their company :-) and have everyone else call in. I can't justify 
the expense to my company and the time away to my family.
