Hi, I need to transform an xml schema which has attributes into a schema whcih doesn't have attributes (due to an architecture constraint), which in theory should work as an xsd is an xml doc in itself..but I want to convert the structure, not the structure of a populated xml doc ..as I'm not able to do this conventionally on the content of a populated message, is this possible? It's important this is automated as most publishers will be publishing attributes but the broker can't handle them. ie, I want to convert the attribute to an element: from: <xs:element name="size" default="1" minOccurs="0"> <xs:complexType> <xs:simpleContent> <xs:extension base="xs:double"> <xs:attribute name="metric" type="bem:metricType" use="required"/> </xs:extension> </xs:simpleContent> </xs:complexType> </xs:element> to: <xs:element name="sizeMetric" type="bem:metricType" minOccurs="1"/> many thx for any help Rachael This message is for the named person's use only.
