  Hi,

  It seems the p:data/@href URI is not resolved in any way, neither by
the -U URI resolver nor the -E entity resolver.  Did I miss something?
 If not, is there any reason why it is not?

  I try to see if I can resolve a reference to an XQuery file (I think
the idiomatic way to reference an external query is by using
p:input/p:data.)
