Hi Folks,

Applying p:escape-markup to this:

   Harper &amp; Row

I get this:

   Harper &amp;amp; Row

Thus, & is changed to &amp;

Now, consider this:

   <Book id="McCartney">

it is changed to this:

   &lt;Book id="McCartney"&gt;

Why aren't the quotes escaped? Why don't I get this:

   &lt;Book id=&quot;McCartney&quot;&gt;
