Altova XMLSpy 2007 is a complete XML development environment for
modeling, editing, debugging, and transforming all XML technologies.

XMLSpy includes numerous tools that make working with XML Schema more
productive: a graphical XML Schema editor; code-generation for
Object-XML binding from XML Schema in Java, C#, and C++; generation of
XML Schema from DTDs or relational database schemas and vice versa,
generation of XML Schema documentation in HTML or Word format; and much
more. 

XMLSpy 2007 supports the latest XSLT 2.0, XPath 2.0, and XQuery 1.0
Candidate Recommendations of June 8, 2006 and includes a schema-aware
XSLT 2 and XQuery processor, profiler, and debugger.
