Mssrs...:

   I am attempting to validate
a rather simple .xml file using
the xsv27 parser.  When I do I
get the following,

  "ERR: Error loading Python
   DLL.C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\python22.dll 

   I have double checked all I can.
I reloaded the setup.exe but that
did not help.  I checked all my
path files and I believe I am 
good there.
   If there is a need, I've zipped 
some files together to indicate what
I am using.  It also contains a dis-
play of files contained in various
documents both before and after this
err incident. 
   I am running on a W95SE pltfrm.
