xml schema validation

hi,
   I'm working on Ontologies and trying to build an xml schema model for the ontology files.While constructing complextype by derivation I tried to restrict the content model . I'm using  SQC2.2 and XSD Validator(avaliable at gotdotnet.com)  both gave me some error which i'm not able to trace out.I also tried to simplify the complextype constructs but  the error still exists.
I'm getting an error at line no 103 :Invalid content starting with element 'xsd:sequence'. No child element is expected at this point.
and at line 36 : Invalid content starting with element 'xsd:element'. No
child element is expected at this point.
