Erroneous schema validates OK

Hi,

I tried your validator on the attached schema and found no error.
I think it should have faulted it, though, as it contains two elements at the same level, same name, but with different structure. 
Schema is new to me so I am not sure, but both XMLSpy and the Microsoft online W3C validator do complain about it.
