Hi,

I don't know if Andy Wardley is on this list, so I'll post here. A new 
implementation of XML Schema has been released, the Perl module XML::Schema. 
This one is a pure Perl implementation, which adds itself to XML::Xerces.

It is not 100% complete yet (if any implementation ever is) but very much 
usable, and it sports some neat extra features.

It should be hitting the CPAN soon, in the meantime you can grab it from

   http://www.andywardley.com/perl/XML-Schema-0.07.tar.gz
