This is probably just a copy/paste error but I believe the correct
definition should be:

<xsd:element name="callID" type="csta:CallID"/>
<xsd:element name="deviceID" type="csta:LocalDeviceID"

</xsd:sequence>
</xsd:choice>
</xsd:complexType>
