Please help me

Hello all,
I am very much new to XML Schema world. I’m planning to build a Schema, 
which represents few table schemas in RDBMS. Out of these few tables, one 
table should be a root node in XML representation. Other tables should be 
connected with this root node with foreign key constraints. Is it possible 
to get it so? If so please guide me.
