XSV failed to catch error?

Folk,

I may be misunderstanding something, but it seems that this
URL should be found to be in error:

http://pastel.paristech.org/perl/oai?verb=Identify

Specifically, the repositoryIdentifier element does not obey
the syntax specified by the schema being used, which is:

http://www.openarchives.org/OAI/1.1/oai-identifier.xsd

XSV (2001 version) passes the URL query on all counts.
