fractionDigits for decimal only

Hallo,

The Datatype-Spec states the following:

4.3.12 fractionDigits
[Definition:] fractionDigits is the maximum number of digits in the
fractional part of values of datatypes ·derived· from decimal.

But all datatypes, that are derived from decimal are integers (or types
derived from integer).

In my opinion, fractionDigits applies to decimal only. Would you agree?

Thank you
