Is a XMLSchema definition available using a XML schema (meta definition of XML schema instead of verbose definition?)]

I entend to transform my XML editor into a XML schema editor.
I could achieve that immediatly if I could give to the XML editor as the
XML schema the meta definition of XML shema done using a XML schema.
