Yongjiang, XML Spy seems to get the most press, and is the one that I liked when I tried out schema editors. Tibco's Extensibility is also mentioned often... Both XML Spy and Exstensibility have evaluation versions. Of course you could always just edit the XML directly-- which any XML editor will allow you to do-- but it won't provide any special schema features.
