I'm pleased to announce that XSV is now completely non-proprietary.
GPL'ed source (and binary) releases for PyLTXML, the Python binding of 
our validating XML parser, are now available at
  http://www.ltg.ed.ac.uk/software/xml/
The install-your-own XSV instructions [1] have been updated accordingly.
