XSV status update

I've been operating at less the full effectiveness lately because of
family health problems, so things have gotten a bit out of sync: my
apologies in particular to people tracking XSV via the open source
repository [1] where there have been some version skew problems.  If
you're doing this you should note that the latest releases (either the
forceDTD branch or the infoset branch) require the latest PyLTXML and
LT XML libraries.  For preliminary, alpha, versions of these see [2]
and [3] respectively.  Alternatively, download and install the latest
binary kit [4] and take the DLLs from there.
