Process for after CR phase ends

Has there been a statement of the process that is will be followed after the
CR phase ends later this week?  I'm not sure what you guys have waiting in
the wings (maybe the solution to the XLink riddle), but an public CR issues
list like the last call issues list I think would be useful.
