Closing SOAP Issue LC issue#248

You offered a suggestion for harmonising the display of examples in the SOAP specifications, which was marked as LC (editorial) issue #248 [1].

We respectfully decline to make the proposed change, as this adds a lot of extra work without any real benefit. Moreover, the examples in the main specifications are not referenced elsewhere in the documents except in the immediate preceding text. The Primer makes frequent references to individual examples from various parts of the document, hence an additional row. Changing its position would not, in our opinion, add anything, and we do not feel that readers would be discommoded by its current placement.
