Martin,

You raised issue 326[1] against the SOAP 1.2 Part 2 Last Call WD[2]. The
working group has decided to close this issue by qualifying all the
attributes in the specification. Specifically the id and ref attributes
will be qualified by the soap-encoding namespace.

I trust this resolution meets with your approval. If not, please let the
Working Group know of your remaining concerns by sending e-mail to
xml-dist-app@w3.org with the issue number is the subject line
