Noah, The XMLP WG has decided to close issue 214 [1] with the following resolution: In Section 5.2.3, the final reference to "false or 0" violated our style guideline (only referring to multiple lexical values if it really matters). Your suggested text change was made (removing 'or "0"'). In addition, a similar entry two paragraphs above was made.
