Paul et. al.,

This resolution looks fine to me. Certainly I originated the ednote that
sparked the issue during discussion at the F2F. I think that Noah was in
fact the person that suggested we raise an issue wrt to the ednote  along
the lines of "it bear some discussion". So I think he should be polled
equally about it's closure.

That said, I personally am satisfied with proposal.
