I have started a mailing list, we are working on an application of XML 
called XPL, it stands for eXtensible Programming Language (yes, I know 
there is something out there called XPL...but this is different)!  
What it is is an opensource project, so anyone and everyone can work 
on it...so if you want to check it out; please go to the following URL
