Courtesy is also answering people who are providing input.

My posts about the potential impact on XSLT and the need to do a global
sanity check on other XML related W3C specifications have been time
consuming to write and in return, I would have expected at least some
acknowledgment, even to say that I had missed the point and that they
were dumb...
